Mike is so kind and personable. He is on top of his marketing and makes a great presentation. I have a name for Mike - Saint Mike! He is the most thoughtful sales person I have ever known. He was very considerate when showing my unit with tenants living there. Mike kept my unit clean and presentable when no one was renting. He responded to me within a few hours no matter what he was doing. He helped me in everyway he could - he even made it so I did not need to come back to go through my belongings by Facetime ing my unit with me and then he took all the items I wanted to UPS to ship to me at home. We were just driving around Venice to begin our search for our new home and drove by the Century 21 office and decided to stop in. So glad we did. Michael Saur is a true professional that took the time to listen to our needs and exactly what we were looking for without any sense of pressure. He was just amazing, and caught many small things that needed correction that we would have never found. Mike Saur was attentive and thorough. There were two of us selling this real estate, and at times he had to explain things twice. He also made himself available for ancillary issues that might have saved me time even though it required more of his time. This sale occurred in the middle of a pandemic and involved his reaching out to a subset of buyers at a time when others had dropped out because of the health crisis.
