Mike went beyond reasonable expectations for a realtor, in a very difficult situation with a seller who had an unwarranted high asking price for the condo. We were off again, on again with Mike always supportive of what ever decision I made at the time. Through his good efforts after we had withdrawn our offer he worked with the realtor for the seller and the result was a revised sales agreement. Mike continue to assist me in many ways, such as doing the last minute inspection, as I negotiated financing and a no-presence closing. Even after the closing at my request he gave me a list of recommended AC companies and worked with me to arrange a servicing of the AC unit, which being out of state was a major concern of mine. Mike also has a great personality and approach ability that makes one feel comfortable phoning him at any time with questions. I would highly recommend him to my friends and acquaintances. He was highly knowledgeable of all phases of the transactions which I greatly appreciated as I had never previously lived or owned property in Florida. My niece is a realtor in Illinois and Indiana. She has been very successful because she always tried to take care of her clients needs, even if beyond the normal scope of a realtor. Mike did the same which pleased us very much. Mike is a very easy person to work with, friendly but also always professional.
