Buyer reviewMoving from out of state is a stressful thing to pull off and Team Smith ,(Mike and Colene Smith), of Century 21 Commander Realty removed all the stress and allowed us to focus on selling our out of state property. Team Smith knew all of our expectations, wants and needs, and handled everything for us. Their communication skills and knowledge of the area and market are unmatched. Mike's slogan is "I make real estate easy" and that statement has never rang more true than with our situation. We HIGHLY recommend Team Smith for all of your real estate needs!

His knowledge of the local area, home prices, were critcal as this was a new area for us. He promptly got it back on the market and had a couple offers in a few days. I would certainly recommend him to friends and family. I recommended him to my sister and he also sold her house.
