I also I liked how he tentatively he listened, professionally/confidently spoke, giving his detailed, honest and upfront opinion and/or suggestion. I then inquired of the areas he worked in. He then asked me (what I would consider to be) the beginning process of selling our home. Michael was truly genuine....and down-to-earth.
