Mike was great in every way. This was my first house I bought- and it went smooth. I had another realtor who was terrible. Mike did not pressure and walked us through the whole process with our interest in mind. He knew values of houses and did not put us in a place that wasn't worth the money. He knew what to look for in an offer and negotiated flawlessly. He got us great terms and was no bullshit. He was honest and I trusted him, which is more than what I could say about my prior realtor. He is a great guy and a great realtor. Mike has all the qualities you would want in a realtor. So glad that we found him, polar opposite of our prior realtor who was a train wreck- so I know what a bad realtor is- and Mike is a terrific realtor. It was night and day difference switching to Mike from our other realtor. I can't say enough good things about Mike- especially if using NFCU with their Realty Plus Program which gives you cash back. I will be recommending Mike to anyone I know. Overall couldn't have gone better. I was stressed going through this process but Mike made it easy. So easy to talk to.
