Buyer reviewI was put in contact with Michaux through a zillow search and she made contact with me within 3 min. We conversed with me living in Oregon and she listened to what I was looking for and provided me with many options and advice. My wife and I flew out to Tenn on short notice and Michaux met with us and helped get access to more properties. We didn't find anything while we were there but did once we teturned to Oregon. Michaux drove out to the property a day after I contacted her and sent me videos, pictures and her overall impression of the site. On her observations and because of the trust I had in her, we started the purchase process. She was very responsive and we were able to make a few offers and eventually sign a contract over the weekend. I will gladly recommend Michaux to anyone looking for property in Tennessee.

She help Scot make a couple of offers and helped negotiate a deal on this current house we purchased here in Paris. Michaux is a total professional and we were fortunate to have worked with her. Buyer reviewIf there was a word higher than excellent, that would be Michaux. She went above and beyond what any Realtor has ever done; and we've done many realtors because of the Army. She truly made me feel like I was the only client when I know she has lots of clients. I would use her again in a heartbeat. Century 21 is lucky to have someone like her on their team.
