Buyer reviewI had already gone through 3 agents that were difficult to get ahold of & set up showings with. I was beyond frustrated - called the office and asked the receptionist if there were any agents who returned calls and like showing houses - Michele answered & it seriously turned out to be my lucky day. I wouldn't have a house if it weren't for Michele. I was probably a gigantic pain, but she was totally calm and cool thru the whole process - answered ALL of my questions, sometimes repeatedly, talked me off the proverbial ledge on more than one occasion. I am absolutely certain if I had wound up with a different realtor, I would've ended up walking away and renting a crummy apartment. She's very knowledgeable about houses and their problems and what needs to be done to address them, the local scene, every step of the process from offer to closing. You seriously couldn't ask for a better realtor.
