She understood our wish list and was very knowledgeable on the neighborhoods. We really needed someone who was so set on listening and understanding what we needed since we were moving from out of state and weren't familiar with the area. She seriously couldn't have been better. She was like a close friend and trusted business partner. Michelle was great at running comps, giving insight into starting offers and escalation clauses to have a compelling offer. She ended up going to the house we bought three times for us (one to do video tour and twice during the open houses that weekend to help gauge other buyers interest) we really feel like we got the house we did because of her connecting so well with the buyers agent.
