What really stood out was Michelle's in-depth knowledge of the local market and ability to position our home in a way that attracted serious buyers, even with other home sitting. She guided us through every step (from pricing strategy to staging advice, marketing, and negotations) with honesty and clear communications. A special thanks to some of Michelle's colleagues from Judge Fite who also hosted open houses to help drive more attention, interest and excitement. Michelle was constantly updating me with numerous places to find the best for for me. Michelle was very professional and did a great job in showing me numerous properties and communicating with the landlord of the townhome I decided to choose. She was there every step of the way and continues to check in with me to make sure everything is going good. Conversing with her made you feel heard, valued, and respected. And the houses she would find for us proved that she listened AND observed preferences that we really didn't know we had.
