Buyer reviewMichelle came recommended to me by an associate for her finite knowledge of the UP, specifically the Watersmeet area. I have a very good friend who is a realtor up north and a very prestigious name was also given as a personal recommendation, but ultimately chose Michelle. She was my eyes and ears from 2000 miles away. Michelle went out on a snowy day and even toured homes via video chat with us. Her communication skills are top notch and I think this is what sets her apart. Her search for us didn't end when she went home. She answered every text and email I sent- no matter what time I sent them. She found us a home that was not on the market yet and was able to secure us a viewing in person before anyone else. Low and behold, this home went above and beyond my expectations. I don't know if Michelle has some super power gained from visiting the Paulding Light, but she was inside my head every step of the way. She knew exactly what we wanted and made it very pleasant for us. This could not have been any easier for us thanks to Michelle! We are beyond grateful for her!

Would totally go to her again (or tell someone about her) if looking into buying property again. Michelle was great! Knew what we needed when looking at this house. Kept at me, when we had deadlines to meet. Down to earth... comfortable to talk to. Just a crazy experience buying a house practically online!.. but I understand totally why, because of the corona virus.. social distancing...

That determination, along with her extensive knowledge of the area and her positive attitude made her a pleasure to work with. Unlike other Realtors we've worked with in the past, she always kept our needs first and was genuine and forthright. She was new to the business when we started working with her, but that was never a problem for us. What she didn't know, she researched and correctly found the answer to. She never made up something or told us what she thought we wanted to hear. What she lacked in experience, she made up for in integrity and diligence. As for Jerry Burkett, it's his name on the building. That's a guarantee, not an ego thing. He inspects what he expects which is honesty, integrity, and attention to detail. He won't allow his name to be compromised for a quick buck. You don't see that often these days. We would highly recommend Michelle Garsow and Jerry Burkett to anyone who desires an honest team of professionals to help them with their real estate needs.
