My preference was working with a local female agent. It just so happened that Michelle Hosch was the first agent I had written down to call. Five minutes in to our first call, I knew I wouldn't need to call any other agents. Being a first time seller, I wanted an experienced and knowledgeable agent to help me through this process. She knows the local market and was aware of changes to the market as they were happening. Michelle made the entire selling process so easy. She walked through all aspects of what to expect as we worked towards getting the house sold. She kept informed of where I was in the process and helped me stay focused and on track so we could get to closing on time. She had to give me a couple pep talks, but she took the time to talk about the emotional part of the process, and not just the business aspect, of selling my home of 10 years. I really appreciated her understanding and empathy during the weeks leading up to the sale. Having a local agent who knows the area and has the knowledge and experience to explain to me what to expect made the whole process so much easier than I'd expected. I can't say enough good things about Michelle and the effort she put in to selling my house. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy. She is truly a kind, compassionate person who knows her job and does it well.

She was great! Good communication and fast responses. This made it feel like a breeze searching for my home. Everyone did a great job. No hickups or problems came up. She also did great with finding homes in my price range that fit my wants.

Michelle Hosch paid great attention to detail of each house we looked at. Michelle asked about our thoughts, wants and needs! Michelle really cared about what we thought about each house and wasn't pushy about any decisions! She was able to schedule open houses around our busy schedules and bringing notes to each house to really highlight key points! This allowed us to learn more the house and make decisions that worked for us. Michelle worked diligently to answer our questions and fill out paperwork that we needed to sign quickly! Her communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. She was timely and extremely knowledge throughout the whole process and if she didn't have an answer she knew who to call to get the answer quickly.
