Buyer reviewMichelle did an excellent job in showing the property and leading me through the steps enabling me in accquiring the property. She was always available to answer questions, returned phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner, and esentually led me, step-by-step, through this sometimes complicated and daunting process. Michelle was always friendly, extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond what was necessary to make this work. She was a joy to work with!

She was very communicative in relaying all information from the buyers realtor. Any question I ever had whatsoever, no matter what time of day or night, she would always respond a very timely manner. I was so grateful for that because I was in unchartered waters and she always had time as if I were her only client. Michelle is an extraordinary agent but she's also an extraordinary person. So, She brought the carpet cleaning guys at 7 am to have it cleaned for us. She vacummed the upper floor curtains by herself, even when that was not her job. She made it a hassle-free transaction for us. She is very quick in response and never kept us wondering. I have already recommended Michelle to some of my friends and former colleagues.
