Seller reviewMichelle Wasko is by far the reason our house sold so quickly. Right from the start, Michelle knew exactly how to approach selling our house of 40 years. It was so overwheming but Michelle kept us calm and focused on what needed to be done. To complicate matters, we were living in Florida and had to depend on Michelle to get the house ready. Much time was spent online and over the phone working together and Michelle always sounded happy to help us, no matter what. Often she cheered me up when I would get frustrated. Michelle and her team, Sheila and Tom Novembre, worked tirelessly to do what needd to be done but filled in to do what we were unable to do since we were in Florida. Michelle was there to help us pack during the week we were there. Michelle's professionalism, sense of humor, and kindness was so appreciated duriing that confusing time. Since then, Michelle has become a very dear friend to us.
