Micki has lived in the Northwood's her entire life. She is an avid outdoors person and began in real estate in 1998 and has achieved tremendous success ever since. She became broker/owner of Century 21 Pierce Realty in February of 2004. Micki has achieved CENTURION PRODUCER status within the CENTURY 21 system for 9 years, placing her in the top 3% of realtors nationwide. Seller reviewI was so impressed and grateful for Micki's expertise 15 years ago when I first purchased my cabin. I always knew that if I ever decided to sell it, she would be the realtor that I went to. She did not disappoint. She was always available to answer my questions, was very prompt and professional in all matters, and gave me great guidance regarding some issues that arose. I have already recommended her to friends that may be considering the sale of their cabin in the near future. Everyone was very surprised that it sold so quickly and Micki and her peer, Diana were the reasons that it did. A huge thank you to Century 21 Pierce Realty! P.S. Their receptionist Jennifer was helpful and always greeted me with a huge smile!

Michele also went out of her way to keep us informed and to help us understand key property details. Additionally, Michele took the time to provide critical information we needed to make the purchase from Colorado. Michele made herself available and allowed us to contact her at any time which helped us greatly during the process. Michele's knowledge of local construction, electrical, and plumbing experts was also an advantage for us to obtain inspections and service. Kim and I were fortunate to have worked with Michele and her staff. Using Stacy Leppla as our mortgage agent was also a great recommendation from Michele as Stacy immediately went to work to make the deal less painful for buyers. Thanks Stacy!
