Buyer reviewMiguel was excellent to work with. Purchasing from out of state is very difficult. Miguel was able to give us video tours of several properties. We had to rely on his experience, professionalism, and expertise in the area. I am very satisfied with the service I was provided.

Buyer reviewMiguel was knowledgeable and very quick to respond to our questions. I had contacted one broker prior to Miguel and she was very pushy for us to get an approval letter before she would even work with us. Miguel on the other hand called me right after I sent him a text and we clicked automatically, working with him made this process smooth and quick. He didn't push us to make an offer on a house or to get an approval letter before he started showing us houses. Miguel truly had us in mind vs trying to make a sale and we really loved that about him. When we decide to sell and buy a new house we will be contacting Miguel again! Miguel kept in contact with us every step of the way. He even offered to pick up the escrow money and deliver it to the title company for us. It was very easy to call Miguel and ask him questions when it came to negotiations and he knew the areas very well. He gave us all the information we could ever ask for when he showed us a house. Miguel is amazing and I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell a home. We established a professional and friendly relationship from the first call.
