Personal Profile
I am a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana born in Merrillville and raised in Crown Point. I am a second generation realtor. Growing up, my mother was a realtor and father a builder, real estate is in my blood! As a young child, I found a passion for homes while visiting home-sites with my father. There was always something about the smell of new homes that I loved. In 2009, at 18 years old, the state minimum requirement to apply for your license, I became a licensed realtor. I am now a perennial multi-million dollar producer who works relentlessly to give my clients the best service they deserve!
I have a beautiful wife, Mackenzie and three children, Layla, Lilliana & Luka. My free time is either spent with my family or rooting for my favorite Chicago sports team. If I'm not doing one of those, I enjoy reading various books on growth and success.

Seller reviewI've gotten to know Mike for roughly 10 1/2 years when he sold us our first house in nwi, in that time he had always stayed in contact whether it be to check in if he was ever needed or to wish happy birthdays to our family. Mike goes well above and beyond, he's a family man but also a business man. Mike will do what needs done for his customer, when we listed our house in November he stated his goal was to have it sold before Christmas. Within one week of listing we got an accepted offer and closed December 13, he is a man of his word. In my time working with Mike I have bought two houses and sold one but he is more than a real estate agent he has become a friend who I know will always answer the phone or text. If your looking for the best agent in the area he is your guy!

Buyer reviewMike Cacavski was a great realtor for us. We did a couple of showings over a few months. We found a condo for sale by owner listing go live the week of Thanksgiving, and all in just 30 days we saw the condo, had our offer accepted, got our loan approved, and closed on the condo just in time for the new year and our first wedding anniversary. Again, all of that within just 30 days and during the busy holiday season!!! Amazing! Thank you Mike for being quick and efficient! I will definitely recommend you to our friends looking to buy in Northwest Indiana!

Buyer reviewMike was extremely helpful! As a first time home buyer and having to buy my property completely online it seemed like a really stressful process. Since I'm active duty military, I wasn't able to physically be there for the process but once I started working with Mike he helped me every step of the way. He really made the process of buying my house as stress and worry free as it can possibly be. I will definitely be working with him again in the future and I will refer him to all my friends and family.

Michael be accessible for questions and concerns during the buying process and even after closing has been very helpful.
