Personal Profile
I am a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana born in Merrillville and raised in Crown Point. I am a second generation realtor. Growing up, my mother was a realtor and father a builder, real estate is in my blood! As a young child, I found a passion for homes while visiting home-sites with my father. There was always something about the smell of new homes that I loved. In 2009, at 18 years old, the state minimum requirement to apply for your license, I became a licensed realtor. I am now a perennial multi-million dollar producer who works relentlessly to give my clients the best service they deserve!
I have a beautiful wife, Mackenzie and three children, Layla, Lilliana & Luka. My free time is either spent with my family or rooting for my favorite Chicago sports team. If I'm not doing one of those, I enjoy reading various books on growth and success.

Buyer reviewI always said when my granddaughter was ready to buy her first home I would gift her 20% down on it. As my son, who was granddaughter's father passed away when she was only 12 yrs old from a heart conditions. Granddaughter now has given me a blessing of my 1st great grandson. She & father lived in a 1bedroom apartment, and was in need of more space now with the blessing of their 1st born. So, as promised I mentioned, if she was ready to buy her own home, we should start looking and we did. Mike Cacovski contacted me, after being referred by my Neice who is a broker with Century 21 in the Atlanta GA Metro Area. I explained to Mike type/area of property we were looking for and he immediately sent us some properties to look at. After making 2 previous offers, that was not excepted and/or countered, Mike sent us a property that was in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. He explained the process and delays to expect because on the seller side, everything would have to be approved by the court. The price of the property was well within our budget price range, so we proceeded with an offer. Seller countered back and we excepted counter offer. Mike Cacovski kept us updated on process consistently. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, above all business like. I definitely would do business with Mike Cacovski again and refer him to family & friends who's in the market of real estate transactions. THANKS AGAIN MIKE!!!

Buyer reviewMike made us feel from day one that we were shopping with a friend and not a real estate agent. Mike's experience and knowledge of the local area helped us learn the area. Coming from Illinois to Indiana because of Mike has made the move easy. On the last day of the closing when we were at the finish line he was able to locate a small error that saved us a large amount of $$. From all the showings to the last day of closing Mike was always there when we needed him. Hoping to purchase more real estate in the future and working with Mike again.

Buyer reviewMike is a great realtor. He has an extensive knowledge of the NWI area, a deep history in real estate, and this all showed during the time he worked with us. Mike was extremely responsive, flexible, and accommodating. Since we didn't live close to the area we were looking in, he offered to show us houses via FaceTime so we wouldn't miss an opportunity. Once we made an offer on a house, Mike made expectations and next steps very clear - we felt super confident we were in the right hands. We were up against another couple for our dream house and we know Mike's abilities contributed to our offer ultimately being accepted. Overall, we highly recommend Mike to anyone looking in NWI, including our friends and family. Thanks for everything, Mike! We are very happy at home in Highland, IN!

Buyer reviewMike Cacovski was easy to work with, very responsive to communications, very friendly. He knew the area and had great suggestions for local mortgage companies, local inspectors. Everything went very smoothly and the closing occurred on the expected date. Mike made the process very painless. Mike was very respectful toward me and toward the belongings of the homeowners. I couldn't have chosen a better agent. He kept me informed and assisted with each step. I will kind of miss him now that the search is over. I feel like he is a friend now.
