We had found the perfect home to suit our needs in our price range, when nothing else was available that fit those categories and he bent over backwards to help us get our home without even once giving up. He was very friendly and patient. He explained everything the whole step of the way, which was great since we were first time home buyers. I highly recommend Mike's services. Buyer reviewMike Leible was the agent for the sellers of the home I recently purchased. As a first time home buyer I had no clue where to start. I had my loan in place but was limited on time. Mike walked me through the process and made me a new home owner! Mike was always polite, professional, and most of all very kind and considerate. He was in constant contact with me and my lender; sometimes just a "Good morning Jean, just checking in to see if anything is new". I don't think I could have done this without his help. He knew I wanted/needed this home and he went above and beyond to help me get it! I will highly recommend Mike Leible to anyone I know who is looking to buy/sell a home in the future.
