Seller reviewI have purchased and sold two homes in the area and in each case I worked with Miogene. She is the only person I have worked with and the person I am working with to buy my next home. Miogene works tirelessly to make sure you are well informed on the progress on the property and that things go smoothly. You have one point of contact on everything and she can provide you with everything you need including financing and repairs. I highly recommend Miogene to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I cannot think of a way that she could make things easier. If you are moving into the area and want to get settled quickly - work with Miogene. There will be no surprises and the sale will go through quickly and on time. If you are selling a home and need to move out of the area quickly - work with Miogene. You won't have to settle for a less than market value because of the time crunch. She lines up everything in advance and gets the word out so that things go quickly and without a hitch. He estimates as to how long something will take are accurate to the day. My home was essentially sold, we had the buyer, after two days on the market. Thanks, Miogene.

She took the time to show us MANY houses and she payed attention to our likes, dislikes and concerns so that she was able to offer valuable insight into each home we saw. She also did a lot of research, gathering useful information and staying patient with us until we found just the right house!
