With home sales it is very easy to get confused with paper work and other details. Mitzie answered any and all questions in detail, in a way which we understood. Mitzie sent us everything we needed to consider when selling our homes. Things we wouldn't have even thought to consider. She did complete comparisons, price recommendation, tax information, even the value of which we would get down to the penny when selling our home after all expenses! She made the process so easy to decide to use her versus other brokers!
