I was born and raised in Northern Virginia with my parents and eight siblings, and I still reside in the area with my husband and four daughters. My extended family has deeps roots in the miltary and I have a great love for my country. My father is a retired Lieutenant Colonel the United States Army, my grandfather was a Major General and his brother served as the U.S. Army Chief of Staff. I enjoy living in Northern Virginia and have strong ties in my community, schools and church. My former career as a litigation attorney allows me to provide my clients with an additional edge in the moving process. My attention to detail, commitment to excellent service, strong negotation skills and experience in contract law are critical to providing my clients a strong sense of comfort and security throughout the process. I truly enjoy what I do and work very hard for my clients.

Seller reviewMolly knew our local market. She is very sales savvy and knew how to market our house. She works with an excellent contractor and carpet people to show the property in its best light. We followed her recommendations for upgrades and general maintenance and the results speak for themselves. House sold for full asking price the first weekend on the market in a difficult mortgage interest environment. She is simply the Best!

Seller reviewMolly was nothing short of exceptional. She worked with us to make a plan for some repairs, helped manage all of the individual parties coming while we moved overseas. From there she listed and met with us to go over the plan, and we simply followed the exceptionally designed plan. She kept constant contact, gave us great advice, and was just friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Selling your home while overseas is difficult. Molly made it really stress free. She put up with us being hyper stressed and helped every step of the way. Exceptional! We will be calling Molly when we get back from overseas.
