Molly, of Century 21 Affiliated, based out of beautiful Saint Joseph, MI is a 15-year residential/commercial/new construction real estate professional that has represented buyers and sellers on a wide range of real estate transactions. Molly has built a solid base of clientele through her experience, knowledge, integrity and competitive nature.
A lifetime resident of Michigan, Molly knows the many benefits of living in the great South West. The unmated weather of the summer months to the Lake Michigan shore and the surrounding wine country to the winter months and all the recreational benefits it has to offer. She entered real estate with the knowledge of new construction and all of the growing neighborhoods that were being developed. Enjoying real estate Molly decided to expand to residential and commercial Real Estate sales with many successes.
In her free time, Molly enjoys spending time with her four children and watching them compete in the many sports teams that they are affiliated with. Attending her local gym, quality time with friends, boating, trips to the city for an afternoon Cubs game are also a few favorites! She has lived in South West Michigan her whole life and knows the area very well, I used her when buying and selling a house and both times I was pleasantly surprised just by seeing how well she gets things done. I always got a quick response to questions or concerns, she constantly made sure I was aware of what step of the process we were in and what the documents meant. I could go on and on about how great she was and helpful but I would say if you're interested in buying or selling to give her a call, you won't be let down. She's my go to realtor and will continue to be for as long as I keep buying and selling houses.

Seller reviewI picked Molly because she is one of the top realtors at Century 21. She knows what she's doing and has been doing it for many years. Although it took a little bit due to buyers backing out last minute, we got it done. Molly had confidence she would sell it fast and get me a good price. She did just that and I was very happy with the results. Molly was very kind and professional, she was also very polite and understanding of my tenants. I was very pleased to have had Molly sell my house, I have never sold a house before and she made the process very clear and always answered my questions and helped me better understand certain steps of the process.
