Personally, I have been married since 2005 to an awesome man and we keep busy with various projects. In my wedding vows, I said I would help him build things and he said he would let me help him build things, and it works! Between us we have four children, ten grandchildren and seven greats..all in town. Professionally, I have been continuously licensed in Arizona since 1981 and spent my first years involved with Commercial buildings and Medical and Professional Property Management. In 2004, I started with the great brand of Century 21. As an Associate Broker, I worked for several years as the Branch Manager, supervising and assisting other agents. In 2012, I decided to change direction and focus on helping both Buyers and Sellers achieve the best possible real estate experience for their needs! Great decision for me...I love it! My primary areas are Mid-Town/North Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria and Sun City, but never one to stay in a box, my transactions have ranged West to Arlington, North to Black Canyon City, South to Casa Grande and East to San Tan Valley.

After 3 months of searching for the best house for me and my fiance, both first time buyers, we were finally getting close to our closing date. Unfortunately for all of us, I was terminated from my job within 2 weeks for our original COE. After plenty of discussion, Monica helped us to lay out our options to narrow down how we wanted to move forward with the process. Thankfully, Monica knows some great people, and the loan officer she had had us meet with at the beginning of our search was more than happy to accommodate us and worked with us to ensure we would be able to obtain the house, even with all the other roadblocks we were hitting. It just goes to show that it's not what you know, but who you know, and knowing Monica is the best course of action you could take on the road to home-ownership, whether you're a first time home buyer or a seasoned vet! We have nothing but appreciation for Monica and the team.
