Within 72 hours of meeting her she sent me links to the house that met my criteria, scheduled a showing, and guided me in putting an offer in. I was most appreciative of her availablitly when I had questions. Whether it was 8am or 8pm, Monica was quick to respond to my messages; professional from beginning to end. Couldn't have asked for a better representative throughout the entire house purchase/closing process. Will absolutely be using her again for my next home.

She handled everything! She staged the house beautifully! She made appointments for me. I could not have asked for more. The only drawback to selling my home so quickly is that I will miss seeing her! Monica is truly unbelievable.
