Monica knows how to negotiate a great deal. She works day & night, call or text her at 2 am I bet she is awake! Even with a hiccup with our house 2 weeks after the contract was signed our pool collapsed. We were devastated but through the whole process she assured us it was ok and kept us in the loop every step of the way. She was right everything worked out fine and in 61 short days we listed, sold and closed on our home. Now onto our next adventure!
