Buyer reviewMonica answered all of our questions quickly. There wasn't a single instance that we wondered if or when she would get back to us. She made us feel important even though the property we were buying was not a huge commission.

Seller reviewMonica was our agent when we purchased our home in August of 2018. This time we were the sellers and had asked Monica to travel an hour and a half to come to our house to be our agent. She graciously accepted. Monica was available to us for many questions we had throughout the whole process. She even made calls for us to get people in for estimates for work we needed done from inspections due to my husband and I working full time and trying to get all of this done in a short period of time to make our settlement date. Monica is very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome to contact her anytime no matter how simple our question or issues. She is great at explaining everything very clearly and keeping and open line of communication with us. I would highly recommend Monica to everyone.

Buyer reviewI had some experience with other realtors who would not return calls, or failed to arrive at showings. Others would not listen to my needs. Monica had a great attitude through out this whole long process. She was in daily contact with the brokers regarding this difficult financing because of my being self employed. She also was a big help with getting phone numbers for utilities, mail, trash, etc. Monica worked diligently for many weeks to make this difficult closing happen. Without doubt, I would recommend Monica Wert. 5 STARS

She showed us a few other houses before we chose, and was very patient, which is key for being a first time home buyer. She helped negotiate price to what I was expecting to pay, and went out of her way to always make sure we were happy during the whole process. I will recommend Monica to anyone!
