I know quite a few realtors but Nancy stands out from ALL of them. Nancy Oringally sold me my first house back in 2008, when it came time to sell the house Nancy was the first person that came to mind. She also assisted me in purchase another house in the area, Nancy Chu is definitely a master of her craft, I don't see myself using another realtor but Nancy ever again, I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house

Buyer reviewHonestly blown away by Nancy's service - she went above and beyond during my search for the perfect 1-bedroom apartment during COVID-19. We must have seen 15+ listings together in the span of 2 weeks. She drove from far areas to meet me and was always on time, if not earlier than me. She picked up the phone at 10pm at night to answer my urgent questions and even took 45 minutes to explain how to fill out certain applications not even related to her role. You can always feel when someone is experienced in their field & industry and I felt that the entire time with Nancy. I always felt like a priority - she answered or responded in a timely manner, provided extra little details that were always helpful, and gave me honest "insider" advice while also being hands-off enough to let me have my own opinions. She opened all the cabinets and tapped on the walls of some of the older listings we saw, explaining the need for potential repairs or options available for renovation. Exceptional service. I have already recommended her to a couple of my friends interested in home-buying.
