Seller reviewIn a word, Wow! Nancy Cumella was tremendous throughout the entire sales process. This was a family property that was being sold due a death. To say she was both compassionate and professional would not give her enough credit. We had multiple buyers that for one reason or another could not come to close on the property. Nancy met each one with enthusiasm and vigor. There were multiple hurdles that she handled with her experience and professionalism. Nancy communicated flawlessly and clearly each and every aspect of the sales process. There were times our family was on the edge and having doubts that this property was going to sell. Nancy remained positive, seeking out potential buyers, finding one that was a great fit and our condo closed. Thank you Nancy!!
