Nancy Tate has also obtained the prestigious Century 21 Diamond Masters Award for her success in home sales with her meeting over $7,000,000 in home sales last year. Although Nancy has retired from 31 years of teaching at a local school, she remains dedicated to serving her life-long community with their real estate needs.

Nancy took it all in stride and was polite, professional, and personable. It wasn't for several weeks that I decided that I wanted to purchase the house and move to Texarkana. When I called her she quickly got a contract to me long distance and we slid an offer in right before another came in. She walked me through every step until closing and was very helpful in making suggestions of things to do that I had not even thought of. She was a delight from bid to closing and very knowledgeable of the process. I recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Texarkana as did my daughter after using Nancy for the purchase of their home.
