I am full time in the real estate industry and always have been. I am greatly experienced with lots of knowledge that is - and does - benefit the sellers, buyers, and investors I represent. I live in Sycamore, Illinois and all of my children and their families, including mygrandchildren, live in Sycamore, Illinois as well. Real estate is part of me and always has been. I worked at Chicago Title and Trust for many years before obtaining my real estate license and I have participated in educating many realtors throughout the years as well.

Seller reviewThe short version is the experience and professionalism Nedra brought to the table. Having need a Realtor myself gives some insight others may not have. Knowing that my property is somewhat unique in so far as finding Comps to compare it in Dekalb County was a real challenge. Nedra exceeded that challenge her Comps and apparently met the Appraiser's evaluation! Nedra has a unique style and it shines through her experience. I feel blessed and grateful Nedra was my Reatlor! We need more Realtors like Nedra!
