We all tend to say that a good real state agent if the one that has closed probably 50 plus transactions in a year( it may be true for some), but when you find yourself around a person who gets deep and try to understand what you need, what you can afford and what you dreams are and can actually combine all that for you and make you feel that YOUR needs are PRIORITY for her ooooooo buddy, you found a work PARTNER. And then I'm going to be pleased and say that in this real state market we're living in, each agent has easily 15 customers at once, so for you to be lucky, your agent needs to get back to you in real time but she ( or he ) realistically can't so you're stuck, you're panicking you're stressed because you're about to lose a bet on a house you love and you think everything is going down the pipe because you're loosing the best house in the market and then … your blood pressure goes up hehehehe….
