Seller reviewWe first used Nena Pelton when we bought our new home in Redding,CA in June of this year. She did such a great job working with us buying a home we wanted to use her to sell our home.. Nena Pelton is a jewel! Our house received two offers within 2 days of listing. Nena worked with us in choosing the right buyer. Before our house closed escrow Nena lost her own home to a wildland fire. She did not skip a beat. She was there for us. She made sure everything was carried out correctly and our escrow closed in 30 days as promised.

Seller reviewI've now sold both of my parent's houses. Both were in similar types of condition (awful, mess, damaged), and roughly the same value. The realtor for my father's house, in hindsight, was awful. Nena was terrific. Nena met me where I was (disinterested and too busy), and made the process easy for me - AND beat the appraised value by %20! I appreciate Nena's use of the communication tools that worked best for me, in this case the use of email, texts, and docusign, and the near instant notary visit. I highly recommend Nena.
