Nick broke everything down in simple terms and helped me get through this complex process. he is an amazing educator in this respect. On a number of occasions, he went out of his way to find some houses that suited my needs. If it was not for him, I probably would not have been the owner of my new house now. always very accessible. Would give me a phone call or text right away if I needed questions answered. Even after the closing, he would ask how things went and how things are going. If I ever buy another house or sell, I would go back to him.

Without Nick's very professional interaction with the buyer, it is unlikely we would have gotten the sale price he and I set.
