Buyer reviewI found the home we ultimately purchased with Nicki Hemenway as it was nearly perfect for what my wife and I were looking for. We moved from out of state and Nicki was very flexible and welcoming when I first came to look at it while I was in Wisconsin for work and even did a video showing for my wife who couldn't be there (on her suggestion). The house was still on the market a few weeks later when we did a second showing and my wife was able to come and Nicki was more than gracious and helpful. She was excellent from start to finish, made herself very available, and communicated and explained things very well through the process. Nicole has been great after the sale as well with local recommendations and help. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home!
