Buyer reviewNicole Touchette overall did a wonderful job assisting me in finding a house. She is very knowledgeable of the Cape Coral housing market. She took my housing requirements and quickly developed a list of single family homes that fit my requirements. Most importantly, she respected my limited time and only showed me houses that fit my goals. Coming from out of state, it was important that we "clicked" when we started this process. Nicole offered full service. She stayed involved in the complete process from looking to closing. She especially excelled when I requested to change the terms of the purchase from a cash deal with a purchase deal with a mortgage contingency. She tactifully negotiated that through the listing broker/seller flawlessly. We closed within the orginal time frame of 30 days.

She is beyond knowledgable, professional & hard-working but equally as important she has a heart for her clients. All her great business qualities would be useless if she wasnt so warm and understanding. I felt seen & heard the entire time. She unerstood how emotionally connected to our home we were. There is not one thing she could have done differently or better. We will only choose her for any further real estate needs we may have.

Her advice on pricing our home was right on target resulting in an offer within 3 weeks from listing. Nicole was always accessible. If she was not immediately available she was prompt in getting back to us. Nicole always delivered on any commitment. Nicole many times told us that if we ever needed anthing she was always there for us. In fact when I was in need of a realtor in another market to sell a home I inherited, Nicole provided me with a name and contact information. That referral was spot on and resulted in a sale.
