Hi there! I'm Nikki-a proud Raleigh native, dedicated wife, mama of two amazing young adults, and full-time Realtor who still believes that a handshake means something.
I've been helping families buy and sell homes across the Triangle since 2015, and I treat every client like they're my own neighbor-because chances are, one day, they will be! Whether you're a first-time buyer, a seasoned seller, or just curious about what your home is worth in today's market, I bring a combination of local know-how, no-nonsense guidance, and heart-led service to every transaction.
My business is built on trust, referrals, and real relationships. I believe in the power of community, clear communication, and doing things the right way-even if it takes a little longer.
When I'm not showing homes or negotiating deals, you'll find me spending time with my high school sweetheart-turned-husband, cheering on our kids (Jackson and Sophie), volunteering with children's charities, or walking our German Shepherd. (And yes, I answer real estate questions on dog walks-just ask!)

Buyer reviewOur experience of purchasing a house with Nikki went waaayyy faster than we expected. When we met Nikki, she indicated that she would be away the following day for a week. And of course, the house of our dreams pops up the very next day! Even though Nikki was on vacation, she went above and beyond to make sure someone else was available to show it to us, answer any questions we have, and help us put together an offer. She even talked with us on the phone to make sure we had everything we needed. As someone who despises working while on vacation, I cannot express how much I appreciate Nikki taking take away from her personal time to make sure we got the house we wanted. She made us feel comfortable, answered all our questions, and helped us learn more about the area since we're coming from out of state. I cannot recommend Nikki enough!!
