Seller reviewNoel knew and understood the emotional connection and heartstrings that I had attached to this home/property as it had been in my family for 80 plus years; Noel's compassionate positive attitude, her honesty, attentive professionalism, hard working ethic, her 20 plus years experience in real estate, and her connection to Lyons and Wayne County sealed the deal for me to choose her as my agent to sell my family's home. If you're looking for a realtor who puts her clients needs first and checks all the boxes, I would highly recommend Noel to anyone including family, friends, acquaintances, etc.

So, when we had to make the difficult decision to sell my father's house, she is the only realtor I thought of. She was very caring of our situation and very accomodating to our family, even meeting with my dad at an assisted living facility where he now lives. She went above and beyond in her communication with us and quickly answered any questions we had. I would recommend Noel first to anyone looking to sell or buy a house. Noel was quick to get the house up for sale, sign in yard and listing shared on facebook. We had an offer the day after it went up for sale and the time in between the offer and the closing went very smoothly.
