Noree Barilla more than satisfied all of our important factors when selecting a realtor. She was very kind and always available for our needs, showed tremendous knowledge of the local area (really helps in a tight market like this) and was recommended through an uncle of mine. With no experience with Christel Realty Noree was excellent and certainly will keep us coming back to Christel Realty for any of my realtor needs. Noree knowledge of the home inspection process and findings were equivalent to that of the Home Inpsector (who mind you was terrific in his duties). Her years of experience really shined and became a HUGE added benefit being a first time home buyer like myself. I don't think there is another realtor out there who is willing to crawl in a crawl-space with a structural engineer to verify his opinion. Her dedication to us as buyers was amazing. Through dealing with Noree for a lengthy period of time given all the "humps" and "issues" that a rose with this purchase, there is not a rude bone in her body. She was professional the entire time and always available for us no matter the time or day. From first Contact via a phone conversation, I felt Noree Barilla was the agent that understood my needs; was professional and extremely hardworking. I knew this individual would help me find a home within my budget that was to my taste in area that provided access to major highways.
