Buyer reviewI my self am a Sr Underwriter for a major bank for almost 17 years and I deal with a lot of realtors. Great ones like Pamm are Very very few and far in between. She has the overall knowledge and experience to make the process painless for very experienced clients like myself and would be an immense asset to any buyer or seller. Pamm is always available; responded to email or phone calls within about 20 minuets (if she didn't answer); she has a deep relationship with other professionals (inspectors / brokers/ and title) which makes the whole process seamless. A home purchase is one of the single most important decisions most people will make in their life time and usually the most expensive. Thant said Pamm is the only broker in town I personally and professionally trust to handle that transaction correctly and ensure the best outcome for her client. I would highly recommend Pamm to anyone; and I have many times. Jon W.

Having been in the real estate industry for more than 30 years, she has extensive and detailed knowledge of the Phoenix area property market. Pamm did a great job of negotiating the purchase price for me and advocating for my interests through the whole buying process. She was also always very responsive, usually answering emails within the hour. And she was always willing to work around my schedule, which made things easy for me. Buyer reviewPamm and her staff were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. It was continually mentioned that the perfect home will come available, prior to my previous lease being up. While it definitely took a while due to the lack of available homes, Pamm came through and found my dream home just in time! Pamm spends lots of time with her customers and can truly read what's on their minds. The whole process was extremely smooth with Pamm and while closing looked like it would be delayed, Pamm was able to keep it on track!
