After a very short while he seemed to know exactly what I was looking for in a house and was most valuable in helping me eliminate those that were not a good fit. Once my "dream home" was found, Pat guided the process from offer to closing in what seemed like an effortless display of professionalism. Seller reviewMr. Holcombe was very approachable and straight forward during our first few meetings. I was in the process of relocating overseas for work and trying to juggle multiple projects at the same time as selling my home. After meeting with Pat I felt confident that my home was in good hands even while I would be several thousand miles from home. I had owned the house for several years and put a lot of hard work into making it my home. Saying goodbye and seeing that "For Sale" sign for the first time was difficult. Seeing as the home was vacant Pat took extra special care to make sure no issues arose while no one was home. Pat helped coordinate several projects that became contingent to the sale of the home. He made multiple trips to the house after severe weather and kept me up to date with everything that was happening. Pat was easy to talk to and not only took my concerns seriously, but also open to my suggestions and approach to strategy. All in all I only have great things to say about Mr. Holcombe. My home sold within three weeks of being on the market and by the end of the second month we closed on the home and this chapter in my life.
