Buyer reviewPat was absolutely wonderful. My girlfriend and I were first-time home buyers (not anymore; thank you, Pat!!!!), so I am sure you know how stressful the situation can be. With that being said, the only stressful part about it that we experienced was losing out on offers and having to find another home. That's it. We didn't have to worry about setting up appointments, researching the issues some homes may experience, etc. Pat did all of that: set up viewing appointments and made sure we were aware of ALL of the positives/negatives of a home. Most important of them all, she made sure we were comfortable, and that is what I took away from the experience the most. ANY question we had, Pat was there with an educated, straightforward answer. Pat doesn't sugar coat anything, and in the housing market we find ourselves in now, that is a necessity! GO WITH PAT!!

Buyer reviewPat was great in the past, and she still is today. Promptly, almost immediately returned every call or text msg we sent. Pat helped us get the best price we could for our new condo. She also knew fun events happening in our new neighborhood, i.e.concerts at the village mall..

Seller reviewShe gave up to date knowledge and support the whole way through. She answered us immediately, with questions we had, .No question was too small. .We had some concerns with our mortgage and she went above and beyond to resolve it. We sold in 2days! Pat was acutely aware of the winter weather and chose the 2 best days to have the most showings.. We had a family crisis during the sales, she was so supportive. the office is clean, inviting friendly staff. It was great, all the people in company were professional and on top of their game. Pat gave us the customer service/experience that a family friend would. It was excellent and we consider her a family friend. Pat has a wealth of knowledge , that really helped us.

Buyer reviewThere is not much to say, I would never buy / sell a property with anyone but Pat. She handled the whole process A to Z for us; we reside in Texas and Pat just took care of business and made it happen. She is beyond amazing; she resolves and addresses all issues and ensures a smooth process beginning to end. Very honest which is exactly what someone should expect from their real estate agent; super knowledgeable about the market; clearly communicates pros/ cons/ risks with purchase. Again, the lady is amazing. Amazing experience, would always talk to Pat and leverage her services when making any real estate transaction.
