Seller reviewI interviewed a few brokers and was very impressed with Patricia's knowledge and professionalism and choose her to handle the sale of our property. Patricia had regular open houses for potential clients and the brokerage community. It was a sellers market when we listed our property with Patricia, but because of her determination and knowledge of the market and the task she had in front of her she was successful in completing a sale and closing to our satisfaction. Patricia was hands on from day one. Kept us updated on every situation and had contact with us on a regular basis from day one.
