Buyer reviewPatricia Smay dealt with my concerns about the under ground oil tank. After the home inspection she saw to it that the repairs were done to the house that we requested. Patricia did an excellent job. Patricia Smay stayed in contact with me though phone calls, e-mail and text messages. The sale of the house went smoothly, attorney Dan Mathers said it was one of the easiest closing he every had.
