Seller reviewI am a Real Estate Broker, however whereas it was my own investment property I decided to engage an experienced Agent to market my property. Patty did an excellent job from analyzing the property, working with my Tenants to allowing showings, marketing to Cash Buyers Only. Within a short period of time Patty found multiple investors making offers which developed into a P&S Agreement that closed within 7 days from contract. Bottom line Patty achieved everything I was looking for. I definitely recommend Patty to be your agent as she is professional. Loyal, a great listener, and most importantly gets your property sold.
