Seller reviewPaul was most helpful and professional. I have been in the real estate development for over 35 years. Even though the value of the property was low, he handled himself and the transaction as though it was much greater. As I live in San Diego County it would have bee. Impossible to find a buyer and close the escrow.

Buyer reviewThe wilingness to answer questions and to do so promptly was a key. You would be surprised (maybe not) at how uncommon that is in your profession. Also, his background, coming from California for essentially the same reasons I am leaving California. The extra effort he made was truly surprising and very much appreciated. He put me in contact with all the local vendors I needed. I didn't have to search at all. Very important. He also communicated with vendors himself to make sure work was being done on schedule. I look forward to talking to anyone to who you may give my name as a reference. Good professionals deserve good references and I know I would be doing other potential clients a favor.
