Buyer reviewAfter a couple conversations, Paul understood precisely what I was looking for. Because travel to viewings was difficult for me, he found the perfect house and made an offer for me without me needing to see it (of course I asked him to!). He responded to my crazy, frantic texts when I didn't understand what was going on. He was on top of what was happening with the mortgage process and was always in communication with the mortgage broker. The whole process was very stressful for me, but Paul responded to every one of my crazy frantic texts and phone calls with the information I needed to find some semblance of calm. He got me to closing in record time, as I was on a deadline, and even showed up on moving day to check in. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Paul Momrik!
