Buyer reviewHands down, Paula Murphree is the agent you want helping you buy a home. She made our first home buying experience one we would never forget. She went above and beyond in every aspect of the procsss, most notably in the time spent researching each property we were interested in as well as making each showing a blast with her bubbly personality. In addition, her real estate knowledge is extensive and evident in each question she asks or statement she makes. She's definitely someone you want in your corner when buying or selling a home!

We used Paula to purchase some land to build on a few years back, and there was no question we would use Paula when we were ready to sell. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. Paula was a phone call or text away at any moment when we had questions. Selling/buying a home can be stressful for anyone, but Paula has a way of reducing that stress with her fun and energetic personality. Seller reviewPaula is amazing! First of all, she brought in a great photographer, so the online listing looked perfect. (I thought perhaps we were biased, but there was a frenzy of activity at the house in the first few days, so lots of people thought it looked great.). She gave us solid advice regarding the asking price. She patiently helped us work through the multiple offers we received in just two days. We always felt that she would give us all the time we needed; we never once felt rushed. And I can't write about Paula without saying that she is fun to be around! She's professional, very smart, and has a great sense of humor. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home; her personality, and her in-depth knowledge of real estate make for a winning combination!
