Seller reviewI met Pete Hunt one morning. That evening I told him I found a house that I would need to sell my house right away. The next day Pete was at my house preparing my house for the market. Pete seen that I was overhelm with selling my house that the following day he showed up to help me get the house ready. He did an outstanding job. He wasn't just my real estate agent he became a very good friend.

Very honest and professional with telling you how the market works and his experience helped guide us through the contract process which can be very stressful. As I told him he was worth every cent that we spent for him .

Seller reviewPeter Hunt was exceptional in helping my Mom sell her home of over 65 years. He was patient with all of the work and cleanout we had to do prior to sale, kept in touch, but with virtually no pressure to get it listed, and once we were ready, had the place sold within a few weeks of the first showing! He was completely transparent in explaining commissions, marketing plan, and advantages of each of her several offers, and communicated in a way that recognized this was the only home she had ever owned and its sale, while "just another sale" for him, was a significant life event for her! He always kept my brother and I in the loop, recognizing that a 95yo may not be as tech-savvy as her children, but also respectful of the fact that it was her home. Bottom line, Peter Hunt is a realtor you can trust and will not regret working with!

Seller reviewPeter was absolutely amazing!! We had worked with another company prior to meeting Peter and we had a horrible experience. When Peter said he would have our house under contract with in the first two weeks it was hard to believe. He kept true to his word and within the first 4 days of the house being on the market we had over 15 offers! Peter was beyond helpful throughout the entire process. I really couldn't have asked for anyone better!
