Seller reviewPhil is very approachable and easy to communicate with by both text and phone. I appreciated his guidance and experience. Phil did a great job advertising the home on social media and related websites. We had numerous offers to consider in a short period of time. He carefully made sure I understood all of the paperwork and thoroughly talked to me about my options at each step of the process. Phil kept in contact with phone calls, texting, and Email. It was a very good experience! I felt as though he was a brother helping me sell my house. Brian was humorous and a great addition to the team. I mainly dealt with Phil but everyone was exceptional. My family has had Phil help us in a few real estate transactions now. He will always be our first contact for future opportunities. I will also gladly recommend him to others.

If improvements needed to be done he recommended people And the job got done. I live out of state so I always appreciated his recommendations. He sold multiple properties for our family.
