Buyer reviewI happened to be browsing the internet one day and came across a house with Phong's information attached. I was interested in the house so I gave him a call. I wanted to work with him because he was to the point, knowledgeable, energetic and I could tell he was on top of his game. He is very detail oriented, very easy to reach primarily through texts and emails and kept me up to date during the whole process. Phong is extemely personable, polite and and at times when I got frustrated during the difficult times of the house process he was very encouraging and even when I wanted to scream at him when frustrated (even though it was never his fault) that was difficult because he is a doll! The overall experience went very well and Phong is professional, has a great attitude, always upbeat and smiling. I enjoyed my experience because I got the house I wanted and had excellent customer service. I have used Remax ibefore and based on my bias about Century21 in the past (just thinking Century was more geared to very expensive homes), I did not consider using this company but I am happy I did and when I compare Remax's services to this Century is really on
